Returns & Exchanges:
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is credited.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@minimoora.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@minimoora.com, and we will provide the shipping details.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
